Terms of booking and cancellation :
A deposit of 30 % of the amount will be asked at the reservation. This deposit will be preserved in case of cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival. This deadline is carried in a week in case of stays of more than 3 nights.
Shortened stay or no show of guests, the total amount of the reservation will remain fully acquired.

Arriving from Saint Malo - Intra Muros, follow the direction of Dinard / Barrage de la Rance. Take care to go very slowly to see our little street, which begins just before the access road to Dinard / the barrage.
Arriving from Rennes / Paris, take the direction of ''Dinard - Barrage de la Rance''; After 500m on the RD 168, take the exit ''St Malo / St Servan'', till the ''Stop''. Turn on your left. After 100 m, at the speed bump, turn right into the alley. The house is just 30 meters in front of you.
